Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Justin’s career in real estate investments began in 2005 as an associate at Beck Properties. He has a deep understanding of real estate investment, ground-up development, and value-add investment strategies. Over the past decade, he completed nearly 1,500 transactions totaling more than $500,000,000.

Stacy’s 22 years of experience began at Grubb Ellis in Atlanta. His high level of experience in successfully completing over 1.5 million square feet in real estate transactions, as well as an estimated $150 million in sales, enables him to streamline the transaction process.

Chief of Staff
Tammy has 20+ years of executive and administrative experience in both the public and private sectors. She served as District Chief Legislative Assistant from November 2002 to November 2010 for the Florida Legislature. Tammy possesses the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality and pays attention to making customer service excellent.

Kylle Sheomaker
Acquisition Manager
Kylle comes to Bayfront Capital Partners after a successful career coaching football. Since 2013, he has guided elite teams from California to Missouri and Pensacola’s own University of West Florida. Among Kylle’s accomplishments is a National Championship in 2019 as Assistant Coach and Special Teams Coordinator for the University of West Florida. At UWF, he also developed a punt team rated #1 in the nation in 2018 and 2019. His principal focus at Bayfront is managing the acquisition and disposition of properties.

Creative Strategist
Laura develops and promotes innovative digital strategies for Bayfront Capital and its investors to ensure that each investor is offered convenient 24/7 digital access to his or her investment portal.
